great comfort hotel car park
The location is very convenient near the botanical gardens and amenities. I found parking in the hotel car park very useful. The bed provided great comfort and the room was generously sized. The staff members were always friendly and ready to help.
The lifts required maintenance so I had to rely on the stairs throughout my stay. The room looked somewhat basic. The toilet didn't flush particularly well.

Sonam at reception offered really good assistance during check-in. The location provides easy access to Byres Road restaurants and the Hillhead underground station. I found many food and drink options nearby. The hotel is close to the Botanic Gardens.
I noticed some slight wear in the corridors. The carpets could use some refreshing.

wide selection natural light
The breakfast included a wide selection of hot and cold items. The room had a large window that let in plenty of natural light. IT WAS also very clean. I noticed the surfaces were super clean. I appreciated the well-stocked tea and coffee facilities.

the room decor felt very old and tired. it didn't look as fresh or well kept as it did in the pictures. the bathroom door hinges were rusty, and the extractor fan didn't work so mould started to build up.
